Kerrie Topi is the Associate Director of Customer Service Operations. As an operational lead, she maintains contractual goals for individual programs while building an encouraging, supportive, and engaging work environment. Topi previously held the role of Contact Center Manager at UHealthSolutions. In that position, she aided in the successful deployment of a 24/7 call center program and the successful implementation of a tri-channel communication system.
Before joining UHealthSolutions, Topi excelled in sales positions at both Oracle Corporation, where she surpassed revenue goals by 25%, and EMC Corporation where she exceeded revenue goals by 120% on average across four years.
Topi received a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in business management and Italian studies from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
